Managed study of rail passenger service parallel to US Hwy 395
As part of a broader Eastern Sierra Public Transportation Study, managed an analysis of rail passenger service in the Eastern Sierra region, generally parallel to US Highway 395. Responsible for evaluating and documenting the feasibility of a passenger rail service including construction of a new passenger line to serve the Eastern Sierra Region, linking Mammoth Lakes, Bishop and Ridgecrest with Metropolitan Los Angeles via Lancaster.
